If you have read my two previous posts (Exercise while shopping and Glittery Electra), you’ll know that I’m all for exercising while doing something you reeeeaaaally enjoy — for me, it’s definitely exercising while shopping! Yey! What better way to hit two birds with one stone!
That is why I thought of getting myself a pair of MBT. It’s time to give it a try after contemplating over it for more than a year🙂
I first learned about MBTs from my brother in law. I have to admit, they do look a little funny *chuckle*. Not the sexiest rubber shoes around but I’m willing to try it out if it means tightening my legs and buns!
I’m not really a rubber shoes type of a girl, sneakers, YES, but rubber shoes NO. That’s why I opted to get the MBT Mary Janes version.
I’m a bit surprised that they are comfortable and fairly easy to walk in (once you get used to it). It somehow forces me to put on a good posture while I’m walking in them (or else, I might topple over, haha!) — which is good as I tend to arch my back😦
I feel the strain on my legs after I do some brisk walking in them — which I think is a good sign that it is working🙂
Overall, it may not be for everyone but it’s worth a try if you want to exercise without being having to spend hours inside the gym🙂
